D-630 Floor Model Flash Dryer 16"x16"

<< Previous in Dryers Next in Dryers >>
Your Price: $650.00
Manufacturer: RJennings.com
Available at 115 or 230 volts at the same price. The standard unit has a heating surface of 16" x 16", but larger sizes are available. Temperature control, like an oven in the kitchen, is a must to fully cure inks, particularly thick inks.  Temp. control is solid state for maintenance free operation.  Other companies do not include temp. control, or offer switches where current goes thru switch which could lead to a failure.  With temperature control, the heating element should be placed 1-2" above the garment, and the heat turned down to avoid scorching garments and to avoid a high electric bill. Heat will be evenly distributed. So 16" x 16" of heat is sufficient for wet images 14" x 14" or smaller. If you go with an 18" x 18" heated surface, you increase the area by 27% and your electrical bill accordingly, and the price will be $795.. If you have 230 volts (220-240), that will save you money, but you will not be able to plug in anyplace. The flash can be automated with a foot pedal to swing 90 degrees at a cost of $850.
