Process Inks- these are low pigment load inks, i.e. the percentage devoted to pigment is the lowest of all inks offered. This makes the ink transparent. So when one color is printed over another color, the colors blend creating a new color or shade. These inks should be printed on white garments, and look best when printed on 100% cotton rather than 50-50’s that do not pick color up as well. Use 305 mesh and 20 micron capillary film. The stencil should be a solvent resistant dual cure, and not a water-resistant or one part photopolymer emulsion. These inks should be used even for line art on white shirts when a soft hand or “no feel” image is the objective.
