Film is 50 microns thick. Use with mesh 60-160, but 110 is best. QT-50 is 2nd generation, and a great product, but the QT-50Lite is 60% faster exposing. Speed is important when the exposure unit has less than 1000 watts. If you are unfamiliar with capillary film, ask us for printed instructions how to apply. We have a goof-proof method unknown by any other manufacturer or distributor. Film is a clean product to work with. Only use plane water to apply. Film is not messy like liquid emulsion.
