| The easiest of all inks to print! Apply packing tape to the inside of a screen where the ink goes, but leave open an area for ink to pass through the screen. The black ink will be heavier than most inks you print and have a little texture. Cure the ink. Sell the shirt with a piece of chalk so kids at a party, supporters at an athletic event, or people at a party can write their favorite messages on the shirt. Erase the image, if you want, and write another message. Use 60-110 mesh. Very tight screens, e.g. Newman frames where the mesh was just re-tensioned, will produce an even deposit of ink on the shirt. Don't forget the cardboard on the neck of the platen to maintain the off-contact with such tight screens. |
