Our designs are protected by numerous patents in the U.S., Canada and Europe so you do not get ripped off by copies that do not work. The key features are that all designs will print absolutely parallel to the bill of the cap, consistently in the same place in the cap, and distortion free. We print foam front (trucker) caps, 5 and 6 panel low profile caps, half moon stay and more caps. The print surface includes a graph to help you line up the art, and part of the platen can be removed for caps that have shorter fronts. We also provide tech support. We print caps, and know the answers to your questions. We also offer a D-650 flash dryer in different configurations for flash curing caps. Ships completely assembled in a wood crate on a common carrier. This is a small format press, i.e. designed for smaller screens to print caps, gloves, and similar smaller items. If you also want to print shirts, then the T-450 should be ordered with or without micro registration, but with a cap attachment added to the press. |
